Warrior One

Yoga FLOW

✨ Try Rise & Shine or Feeling Good Friday Flow for a flowing and energising class! Find some time for you on your mat, improve your strength, flexibility and balance. We will finish with a lovely relaxation at the end of class.

Relaxation

The Yoga OASIS

✨ Nurturing candlelit classes with gentle movements warming and opening the joints. Focuss on inner quietness and learn how to calm the mind and body through holding restful, gentle yoga poses. We will finish with a Yoga Nidra. A lovely class after a busy day, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Great for anyone who wants to learn to relax deeply.

No previous yoga experience required.

Gentle Flow

✨ Come to unwind, rejuvenate and enjoy a gentle approach to yoga. This class helps to relieve tension, increase flexibility and strength and allows you to experience deep relaxation. Gentle yoga is suitable for beginners, or those getting back into their practice, or those who like a softer, nurturing and more relaxing practice.

 Energy Flow is a stronger and faster paced Flow class designed to invigorate the body, mind and senses, with dynamic yet accessible sequences. Focus your body's energies to find strength, flexibility, balance, coordination while building stronger mental focus.

This is a playful and creative class, designed to leave you feeling energised and upbeat.

Beginners Yoga

If you're new to yoga, or just want a gentle introduction back into your practice, then why not join our Beginner's class for a fun, simple and safe introduction to the practice of yoga. This gently paced class is geared to help you gain strength, grow confidence, feel more flexible and increase your balance, whilst practicing in a relaxed and friendly group setting. The class will build week by week, introducing you to the fundamental postures of yoga. Offering you the experience and knowledge to attend a general level yoga class. Yoga is for everyone! Join this class to help bring strength, health, resilience and energy to your body, and calmness, peace and ease to your mind.
