As someone who had never tried yoga before, I joined Jo’s beginners class about 18 months ago. Now in the Improvers group I continue to look forward to my weekly session. Jo is a great teacher - skilled, enthusiastic and very encouraging. The classes are small and friendly and practicing with others of a similar ability really helps build my confidence. Although some sessions can be challenging, I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
